Ryan D. Archer is an Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute (AACI) and possesses over eight years of appraisal and consulting experience. Ryan is a graduate of the University of Alberta School of Business where he earned a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, Majoring in Finance. He has also earned a Post Graduate Certificate in Valuation from the University of British Columbia on route to obtaining his AACI designation. Ryan joins Gettel Appraisals after independently operating his own Real Property Appraisal practice for over seven years. Over the course of Ryan’s career, he has gained experience in valuing a diverse array of property types including industrial, commercial, multi-family, development land, rural land, and single family dwellings. Ryan’s appraisal assignments have been utilized for financing, expropriation, estate settlement, lease negotiation, and foreclosure, as well as for various decision making purposes.
